16Hz 130dB次声预处理对大鼠局灶性脑缺血的保护作用 被引量:2

Protective effects of 16 Hz 130 dB infrasound pretreatment on focal cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats

摘要 目的观察次声预处理对大鼠大脑中动脉阻闭(MCAO)模型致脑缺血的保护作用。方法SD雄性大鼠随机分为三组(每组10只):对照组、假次声预处理组和次声预处理组。次声预处理组大鼠行16 Hz 130 dB的次声作用2 h/d,连续作用7 d;假次声预处理组大鼠每日放入次声仓但不接受次声,亦连续7 d;对照组大鼠正常饲养。最后一次预处理后24 h时,三组大鼠分别做MCAO模型,再灌注24 h后处死动物,观察脑梗死容积及神经功能学评分。结果与对照组相比,次声预处理组大鼠脑梗死容积明显减小(P<0.05),神经功能学评分明显提高(P<0.05)。而假次声预处理组大鼠脑梗死容积和神经功能学评分与对照组相比无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论16 Hz 130 dB次声预处理可明显减轻大鼠脑梗塞的容积,改善神经功能学评分。 Objective To observe the neuroprotective effects of infrasound pretreatment on injury caused by middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO) model in rats. Methods Sprague-Dawley (SD) rats were randomly divided into three groups: control, non-infrasound pretreatment and infrasound pretreatment groups (10 in each group). The rats in the infrasound pretreatment group were continuously exposed to infrasound for 7 days with 2 hours per day. The animals in the non-infrasound pretreatment group were put into the infrasound capsule for 7 days, but were not exposed to infrasound. The animals in control group were taken as the control. At 24h after the last pretreatment, the rats in three groups were subjected to ischemia through making MCAO model for 2 h and then reperfusion. At 24h after reperfusion, the cerebral infarct size and neurological deficits scores were observed. Results Compared with those in control group, the rats in the infrasound pretreatment group showed smaller cerebral infarct size and higher neurological deficits scores (P 〈 0. 05 ). There was no significant difference in the cerebral infarct size and neurological deficits scores between non-infrasound pretreatment group and control group. Conclusion Infrasound of 16 Hz 130 dB pretreatment improves significantly the neurological deficits scores and decreases the cerebral infarct size.
