摘要
目的观察剑麻皂素抗炎、镇痛、免疫、降糖作用。方法采用二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀法、小鼠醋酸扭体法、小鼠碳末廓清法、葡萄糖引起高血糖小鼠模型,观察剑麻皂素的药理作用;并对剑素麻皂素进行急性毒性实验。结果剑麻皂素大剂量能明显抑制二甲苯引起的小鼠耳肿胀;减少醋酸所致小鼠扭体次数;剑麻皂素小剂量能提高单核巨噬细胞的吞噬功能;剑麻皂素大剂量能显著地降低血糖,且小剂量有一定的降糖作用。急性毒性实验表明,其最大给药量为4.5 g/kg。结论剑麻皂素具有抗炎、镇痛、增强免疫、降低血糖作用,且毒性小。
Objective To observe the anti - inflammation , analgesia, immunity, hypoglycemia actions of tigogenin. Methods Used the menthods of inflammatory caused by dimethy, benzene, acetic acid twisting, carbon expurgation and the experiments in diabetic model mice, to observe the pharmacological actions of tigogenin ; and acute toxicity was observed. Results Tigogein in high dose could inhibit significantly ear swelling in mice by xylene ,decrease body twisting times in mice induced by caetice, low dose could increase the phagocytic function of mononuclear phagocyte ;tigogenin in high dose could obviously decrease blood glucose, and low dose had some the action on hypoglycemia. The acute toxicity test of tigogenin showed that its maximum tolerance dose was 4.5 g/ kg. Conclusion Tigogenin has actions of anti - inflammation , analgesia, immunity, hypoglycemia and has little toxicity.
