睾丸特异乳酸脱氢酶-C的研究和应用进展
摘要
睾丸特异乳酸脱氢酶-C在酶学性质、免疫特性等方面不同于其他类型的LDH同工酶(LDH1~LDH5),并且在动物生殖中可能发挥重要作用,因此有关其研究在生物化学、基因进化、免疫节育、突变监测等领域长期以来一直引起研究人员的广泛关注,并且近年来不断有新的发现和进展。
