摘要
对普通级和清洁级C5 7BL 6J近交系小鼠的免疫指标CD4 + 、CD8+ 、CD3+ 、CD19+ 进行了测定 ,结果表明 :清洁级与普通级小鼠的CD8+ 、CD4 + CD8+ 指标差异显著 ,并且清洁级小鼠的CD4 + CD8+ 值低于普通级小鼠。
The studies were based on testing the following parementers:percentages of CD4 +, CD3 +, CD8 +, CD19 + cells and tilles of IgG by FCM or ELISA. The results showed significant difference in the percentages of CD8 +, CD3 + and CD19 + cells between mice keeping in the barrier system and conventional condition. The ratio of CD4 +/CD8 + cells was lower in mice of barrier system than those in conventional condition. The studies contribute a base parameters for the mice maintained in barrier system.
