摘要
着眼军队医院面临的新形势和新任务,作者从更新发展理念、明确发展目标、理清建设思路,把好医院建设的"方向盘";统筹资源,内涵发展、打造学科群体,引进培养人才,破解制约医院发展的"瓶颈";创新为部队服务模式、医院文化理念、经济管理机制,为医院建设发展提供有力的"助推器";加强安全管理,为医院建设发展筑牢"防火墙"等方面;介绍了坚持以科学发展观统揽医院建设,推动医院建设创新发展的实践经验。
Focusing on new situations and assignments which the military hospitals are facing to, the author intro-duced some experiences to innovate and develop hospital guided by scientific development view in four aspects： classifying development orientation as “rudder” in terms of idea, aid and tactic ; solving the bottle - neck of devel- opment of hospital ; innovating mechanisms of serving the army, hospital culture and economy management as “roll booster” of hospital development; fortifying safety management as “Fire Wall” of hospital development.
