摘要
本文阐述某联勤分部指导医院转型升级的做法与成效:根据建设现代卫勤的要求,推动医院服务保障模式创新;适度调控医院规模,构建质量效益型发展模式;深化军民融合,拓展医院发展空间;注重人才队伍建设,筑牢医院发展根基;突出品牌优势,推动学科技术升级;加强经济管理,实现增收节支,从而实现医院的全面转型升级。
The article introduced the practices and effects on transformation and upgrades of hospitals in certain joint logistics sub-department,which are as follows.To promote the innovation of hospital services mode according to the requirements of modern military health services construction;to establish a quality-oriented benefits development mode of hospital by adjusting the hospital scale moderately;to deepen the civil-military inosculation to expand the development space of hospitals;to emphasize the talent team to solidify the hospital foundation;to highlight the brand advantages to propel the discipline and technology upgrading;to strengthen the economic management to increase income and decrease expenditure.
