摘要
水不仅是人类生存之本,而且支撑着经济和社会的可持续发展。水资源的可持续利用直接关系到城市的可持续发展。从水资源数量、水资源开发利用现状、水资源质量等方面对2001年-2007年厦门市水资源可持续利用水平进行评价,评价结果表明虽然厦门市在节水工作上取得了显著的成效,但是水资源短缺已成为厦门市社会经济可持续发展的制约因素,而且水环境质量也有待改善。最后针对厦门市水资源可持续利用中存在的问题,从开源、节流、保质方面提出对策与建议。
Water is not only plays a foundational part in human life, but also supports the sustainable social and economic development. The sustainable utilization of water resources directly related to the sustainable development of the city. This paper evaluates the sustainable utilization level of water resources in Xiamen from 2001 to 2007 from the aspects of quantity, exploitation and utilization, and quality of water resources. Although the result shows that water conservation has got obvious effectiveness in Xiamen, water resource shortage has been the confinement factor of sustainable social and economic development in Xiamen, and the water environmental quality needs further improvement. Finally, according to the problems existed in sustainable utilization of water resources, some countermeasures and suggestions from exploring new water resources, saving water and enhancing protection are put forward.
