摘要
论述了改进密切值法综合评价的原理和步骤,建立水资源可持续利用评价指标体系,应用改进密切值法综合评价了山西省11个市的水资源可持续利用情况,拓展了密切值法的应用领域.实例研究表明,改进密切值法目的明确,步骤简便,能够提供准确的优劣次序,可用于水资源可持续利用的评价.
The applied principle and procedure of modified osculating value method were discussed.The paper constructed an index system to evaluate the sustainable utilization of water resources and the modified osculating value method was applied to the evaluation of the sustainable utilization of water resources in 11 regions of Shanxi Province.The result indicates that modified osculating value method had clear purpose,simple steps,and could provide accurate order.It could be used to the evaluation of the sustainable utilization of water resources.
