摘要
分析了哈尔滨市水资源开发利用现状 ,对水环境及水质污染问题进行了探讨 ,指出了水环境污染的危害及对生态环境的影响 。
This paper analyzes the water resources development and utilization status quo in Harbin and discusses water environment and water pollution.Also poses the damage of water environment pollution,the effect to ecoloty environmet and the measure to protect water environmet.
