摘要
本文基于我国1980-2004年的28个省市的面板数据,对我国财政收入和财政支出的因果关系进行实证研究。研究结果表明,我国财政收支之间不存在短期显著的因果关系,两者间短期内没有明显的相互促进作用,但财政收支之间存在长期均衡的协整关系。
In this paper, the authors made empirical research on the causal relationship between fiscal revenue and fiscal expenditure in China based on the panel data of twenty - eight provinces from 1980 to 2004. The result indicated that there is a long - term eo - integrated relationship between them instead of a noshort - term causality relationship.
