摘要
论文以1978-2004年的年度数据为基础,运用协整理论、误差修正模型为分析框架,分析云南省财政收入与财政支出之间是否存在长期的、稳定的均衡关系,结果表明云南省财政收入与财政支出之间存在长期的、稳定的均衡关系,政府应该积极开展财政支出和收入改革,提高资金使用效率,制定的财政政策应与云南经济发展总体目标相一致。
In this essay, the author, setting the data of 1978 -2004 as basis, using the co - integration and error correction model, tries to find out if the fiscal revenue and expenditure of Yunnan Province exist a long and stable relationship. According to analyis, the results turns out to meet the author＇ s anticipation. So, for this research can provide some hints to carry out the reform of fiscal revenue and expenditure , make good use of capitals, and make fiscal strategies be concordant with the general economic developing target of Yunnan Province.
