摘要
目的探讨手术翻瓣联合Nd:YAG激光治疗非扩张型眼眶静脉畸形的临床疗效。设计回顾性病例系列。研究对象29例非扩张型眼眶静脉畸形患者。方法采用手术翻瓣暴露眼眶静脉畸形,直视下采用Nd:YAG激光连续并分层照射眼眶静脉畸形,完整切除挛缩病灶。主要指标术后病灶消退情况、术后复发和并发症的发生率。结果随访观察6～24个月,平均10.1个月。所有患者均获得满意疗效。27例病灶完全消退,治愈率为93.1%。2例术后复发,经再次手术联合激光治疗后效果良好。所有病例均无严重并发症发生。结论手术翻瓣联合Nd:YAG激光治疗非扩张型眼眶静脉畸形疗效满意,安全可靠。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of surgical proeedure combined with Nd：YAG lasers for nondistensible orbital venous malformation. Design Retrospective case series. Participants Twenty-nine cases with nondistensible orbital venous malformations. Methods All patients had been treated by continuous wave Nd： YAG lasers irradiation until the orbital venous malformation decreased after surgical flap raising. The decreased orbital venous malformation been fully ablated. Main Outcome Measure The success rate of laser treatment, the recurrence rate, and the side effects. Results The follow-up period ranged from 6 to 24 months （mean, 10.1 months）. Total response was achieved in 27 cases （93.1%）. 2 cases recurred after the first treatment which treated with surgical procedure combined with Nd：YAG lasers again and got good result. There was no severe complication in 29 cases. Conclusion The surgical procedure combined with Nd：YAG lasers have the advantage of fast efficacy,short term sessions and fewer side effect in treating nondistensible venous malformation in orbital area, which worthy of wide clinical application.
