摘要 本实验观察了Nd:YAG激光照射8只犬心室肌的情况。在离体心脏,激光能量和心肌凝固性坏死区直径和深度呈显著正相关。在体心脏局部心肌经多次激光照射消除一部分心室肌后,局部外膜电图的振幅降低,起搏阀值明显增加。在所用激光能量范围内,心电图和血压无明显改变。表明激光可用于消除心脏的致心律失常病灶。 The study evaluated the effects of Nd: YAG laser irradiation of ventricular myocardium in 8 dogs as a potential method for treatment of resistant ventrieular tachycardia. The results showed that the depth and diameter of myocardial photocoagulation area were directly related to total laser energy in vitro experiment. After irridiation of ventricular myocardium by multiple applications of laser energy to the same myocardial location, the amplitude of local (?)picardial electrogram decreased markedly and pacing threshold increased from 1.3±0.6V pre-ablation to 7.9±6.0V post-ablation (P<0.05). The pacing threshold of ventricular myocardium 1.5mm and 5mm beneath the local coagulation necrosis increased from 1.6±0.8V to 7.0±2.4V and 2.8±0.9V (P<0.05) respectively after ablation. Single or multiple application of laser energy even as high as 2750 joules totally to whole heart had no severe effects on blood pressure and ECG. The results support that laser ablation of arrhythmogenic myocardium is a relialbe and safe
