摘要
目的：分析评价职业暴露对麻醉医师的危害。方法：从物理、化学、生物、自身、心理及相关因素等六个方面对麻醉医师职业暴露的危害因素及防护对策进行分析和探讨。结果：物理因素占80％～90％。化学因素可造成肝、肾功能及皮肤的伤害；生物因素是传播艾滋病（HIV），乙肝（HBV）等血源性疾病的重要途径：药物的滥用与成瘾．应激和疲劳是麻醉医师自身的危害因素；心理性危害主要源于精神压力与高度紧张等。结论：职业暴露可造成麻醉医师不同程度的职业危害。
Objective： To analyse and inverstigate the hazard of occupational expose in anesthetists. Methods： This paper reviewed the occupationgal expose hazardous factors in clinical anesthesia, Deviate from six parts, Including physical risks, Chemical risks, Biological risks, Myself risks, Psychological risks and related risks factors. Strategies and measures of occupational protection were analysed and discussed. Results： Physical risks 80%-90%; Chemical risks causes the hazard of liver and kidney function and skin; Biological risks was important ways of transmited HIV and HBV of blood diseases; They are harmful factors to anesthetist themselves that the abuse of the drugs and addiction, Stress and fatigue. Mental harm primly derived from mental pressure and great tension, et al. Conclusion： Occupational expose can cause various degrees of occupational hazard to anesthetist.
