摘要
煤炭产业投资基金是指对未上市煤炭企业提供直接资本支持的集合投资制度,投资者根据持有的基金份额承担风险和分享收益。基于中国煤炭产业投融资现状,从煤炭产业内部环境和外部环境两方面分析和论证中国发展煤炭产业投资基金的可行性。
Coal industry investment fund is a kind of gathering investment system, set up by the principle of ＂sharing incoming and partaking risk＂, and it will lend capital to enterprises which do not make IPO. Based on the status of investment and financing of China＇ s coal industry, the paper analyzed and demonstrated the feasibility of China＇ s coal industry investment fund from the aspects of the internal environment and external environment of coal industry.
