摘要
随着中国文化产业的不断发展,融资问题已成为制约产业发展的瓶颈,而文化产业投资基金则是解决文化产业融资难的有效途径。中国文化产业融资存在风险约束、规模约束、资产结构约束和外部金融环境约束,产业投资基金的投资理念、投资方向、组建方式以及专家型管理方式契合了文化产业的特征,有助于解决文化产业的融资困境。根据产业投资基金与文化产业的这种契合性,文化产业投资基金应该组建公司型、封闭型基金,采取公募和私募相结合的方式进行融资,投资方向、投资策略和投资程序都应遵守相应的法律法规和公司章程,退出方式则首选首次公开发行。
With the continuous development of Chinese cultural industries, the finan- cing issue has become a bottleneck restricting industrial development. Cultural Industry In- vestment Fund is an effective way to solve the financing difficulties of the cultural industry. China＇ s cultural industry financing faces many constraints in the aspects of risk, scale, asset structure and external financial environmental. Industries Investment Fund＇ s investment philosophy, investment direction, formation, as well as expert management style fit the char- acteristics of the cultural industries, to be able to solve the financing problem of cultural in- dustries. On the basis of the close relationship between the industry investment fund and cultural industries ,we do suggest establishing the corporate type and closed- end Cultural Industry Investment Fund, financing publicly and privately, following related laws, regula- tions and articles of association while choosing the investing orientation, strategy, and proce- dure;and if to quit, taking IPO as the first choice.
