摘要
企业资源扩张和扩大企业经济规模必然产生巨大的资金需求,因此,增强融资的主动性,研究融资环境,拓宽渠道,多方融资,解决资金筹措问题,从资金和管理上支持企业的扩张。本文对影响企业融资的主要因素进行了简要分析,提出了可供选择的融资渠道和方式。
Enterprise resources expansion and expanding economic scale will inevitably have an enormous demand for capital. Therefore, the solution to fund - raising is to enhance financing initiative, research financing environment, expand the channels to realize multi- financing, and support enterprise expansion with the capital and management. In this paper, the main factors affecting enterprise financing are briefly analyzed, at the same time the author proposes some alternative financing channels and ways.
