摘要
论文介绍一种采用CAN总线方式实现以PC计算机为上位机,多台16位8098单片机为下位机组成的小型分布式设备在线监测和诊断系统,并对系统的设计及实现方法进行了讨论。该系统以旋转机械设备为监测对象,能对其运行状态进行连续在线监测及记录,保证工况趋势分析及故障诊断的实时性。
The paper introduces a mini-distributed system using CAN bus,which applied to the equipment on-line monitor and fault diagnosis comprised of PC as the transmitter and several 16-digit 8098 microcontroller as the receiver.The design and implement method of the system is discussed in detail.The system takes rotary machinery as the monitoring contents,monitoring its operation conditions continuously and making records so as to ensure the real-time trend analysis of the operation conditions and trouble diagnosis.
