摘要
培养目标是人才培养模式的基本组成部分。本文结合浙江树人大学推进高级应用型人才培养目标的改革与实践,对高级应用型人才培养目标的内涵、产生的时代背景、分类及特征、规格等方面进行阐述,以深化对高级应用型人才培养目标的理解,从而更好地推进高级应用型人才培养模式的特色创建与培育。
Training objective is the basic componenl in talents training. This paper analyzes the reform and practice of the achievement in high-level application-oriented talents training in Zhejiang Shuren University. Then it discusses various aspects of the training objeetives including the content, background, classification, characteristics and specifications. The Authors hope this study can deepen the understanding of advanced application-oriented talents training objectives and efficiently promote the characteristics creation and nurturing in high-level application-oriented talents training.
