摘要 文章针对应用型本科人才培养模式中存在的共性问题,概括了应用型本科人才培养模式的内涵,对培养目标、培养规格及培养途径等各因素所具备的基本特征进行了分析。分析认为:应用型本科人才培养根据社会实际需求设置学科专业,以学科基础、专业应用并重发展为导向构建课程体系,注重产学研相结合的培养途径和以培养构建知识能力为目标的教学方法,教学评价以学生专业应用能力为中心,师资队伍建设注重理论与实践相结合。 In this paper, aiming at the common problems existing in the training mode oriented to applied undergraduate talents, the connotation of training mode oriented to applied undergraduate talents has been summarized, and the basic characteristics of the training objectives, the training specifications and the training ways have been analyzed. The anal-yzed results show that the disciple and specialty has been set according to the social demands, the curriculum system has been constructed according to the disciple and specialty application, the training ways is emphasized on the association of production, studying and research, the teaching methods is aimed to train the ability of constructing knowledge, the tea-ching evaluation is around the ability of specialty application, and the development of teaching team is concentration on the combination of theory and practice.
