摘要
高等教育体系逐步完善和高等教育大众化背景下,本科高职从逻辑应然走向历史实然。本文通过分析现有观念认识、制度变迁成本、既有制度"路径依赖"、我国教育政策过程特点等本科高职制度变迁的影响因素,总结本科高职发展困境,探索"中间扩散型"变迁模式。
In the context of higher education system improvement and popularization of higher education, four-year vocational higher education develops from evaluative logic to factual history. This paper sums up the plight of four-year vocational higher education development and explores ＂the central diffusion system＂ changing mode by analyzing factors affecting institutional change of four-year vocational higher education such as the understanding of the existing concept, the cost of institutional change, the system of the path-dependent and the characteristics of the domestic educational policy process.
