视黄醇结合蛋白4在非酒精性脂肪肝发病机制中的作用 被引量：2

摘要 非酒精性脂肪肝(NAFLD)是一种与血脂异常、高胰岛素血症、2型糖尿病以及遗传-环境-代谢应激密切相关的临床病理综合征,胰岛素抵抗(IR)与其发病关系密切。视黄醇结合蛋白(RBP)4是新近发现的一种调节肝脏和肌肉组织中胰岛素作用的脂肪因子,与IR发病相关。目前RBP4与NAFLD的关系正逐渐受到人们的重视,现就RBP4在NAFLD发病机制中的作用作一综述。
