摘要
以天津碱厂壳牌煤气化装置为例,从多方面对壳牌煤气化装置所属的生产类别进行了分类。结果表明:①壳牌煤气化装置为连续气化装置,生产操作过程中火灾危险性较低;②在生产过程中产生的粗煤气,由于其中一氧化碳的含量远高于氢气的含量,该粗煤气的爆炸极限下限(11.12%)高于《建筑设计防火规范》对甲类可燃气体的下限限定(<10%),故其生产火灾危险性类别的分类应划分为"乙"类;③由于壳牌煤气化装置生产过程中仍以氢气、一氧化碳等易燃物为主,其生产厂房的耐火等级应按一级耐火等级设计。
In this paper taking the Shell coal gasification plant in Tianjin Alkali Plant, author has analyzed the class for production danger of Shell coal gasification plant from multi-aspects. The result indicates that:(1) The Shell coal gasification plan is a continuous gas production plant; fire danger is low during production operation;(2) For the coarse gas caused in production its lowest limit value of explosion ( 〈 11.12% ) of the coarse gas is higher than that of combustible gas( 〈 10% ) specified in 《Architecture Design Fire Protection Code》due to CO gas content thereof being higher than H2 gas content, so its production danger category shall be divide into B class;(3) Due to the coarse gas in which the combustible gas of H2 gas and CO gas etc. is mainly contained still, so the fire protection class of production building is to be designed as per fire-resistant class I.
