合成氨原料“油改煤”采用Shell煤气化技术的可行性分析 被引量:3

Feasibility Analysis for Adopting Shell Coal Gasification Technology with Ammonia Synthesis Raw Material “Oil-to-Coal”

摘要 通过对Shell干粉煤气化工艺和Texaco水煤浆气化工艺对比 ,以及国内外采用这两种气化工艺生产装置的情况介绍 ,重点从造气、变换、脱硫、脱碳、甲烷化精制 ,以及甲烷含量对后工序影响等方面对采用Shell煤气化技术进行了具体分析 。 Through comparing Shell dry coal powder gasification process with the Texaco water coal slurry gasification process and the introduction production plants of the two kinds of above mentioned gasification processes used abroad and inland presently, the concrete analysis is made for application of Shell Coal Gasification Technology mainly in the respect of gasification, shift, sulfur removal, CO 2-removal, mechanization-purification and the effect of methane content on the successive process system ETC, moreover the feasibility for reforming the present ammonia synthesis plant by means of using Shell Coal Gasification Technology in our company (Hubei Shuanghuan Chemical Group Co.Ltd) is discussed and proved.
