摘要
采用茶皂素(TMS)及其改性体作为水性双组分聚氨酯的多元醇组分,同亲水改性固化剂配合,制备TMS型水性双组分PU涂料。研究了亲水改性固化剂的R值、中和度、DMPA(二羟甲基丙酸)用量和涂料中苯丙乳液用量、-NCO/-OH比值对漆膜性能的影响,得到了最佳工艺参数。所得漆膜的机械性能达到溶剂型双组分聚氨酯涂料的性能,并具有优异的防腐蚀性。
A two-component waterborne tea saponin(TMS)-polyurethane coatings was prepared by polyol component formulated by TMS or its modifier in combination with modified hydrophilic polyisocyanate.The influences of R value,degree of neutralization,dosage of DMPA,styrene-acrylic emulsion amount and the ratio of-NCO/-OH on the film properties of abovementioned coatings were studied.The mechanical property of the film reached up to that of two-components solvent based PU coatings,and the coatings possessed excellent anti-corrosive property.
