摘要
介绍了以茶麸为原料，用水直接浸取，在沉淀剂作用下沉淀分离，将所得沉促进行转化制取茶皂素的新工艺。所得茶皂素含量可达９２％（ｗ）以上。
A new process for preporing saponin is introduced.In the process , tea bran,used as a raw material,is extracted by water directly. The extract is precipitated and seperated in the presence of a precipitant,and the precipitate is then converted into saponin.The yield of saponin is over 92%by weight.
