简要介绍了煤中微量元素赋存状态的主要研究方法:(1)间接方法。a.浮沉实验;b.单组分分析;c.逐级化学提取;d.低温灰化+X射线衍射;e.数理统计分析。(2)直接方法。a.显微分析;b.光谱分析。并指出了其应用范围。
Brief introduction about the research methods of occurrences of trace elements in coal:(1) indirect methods,a.float sink experiment,b.single component analysis,c.sequential extraction,d.low temperature ash X ray diffiration (LTA XRD),and e.statistical approachs.(2) direct methods.a.microscopic methods,e.g.electron microprobe (EMPA),scanning electron microscope (SEM) equipped with an energy disperisive X ray (EDX) detector or a wavelengthdispersive X ray (WDX) detector,ion microprobe mass analyzer (IMMA) and second ion mass spectroscopy (SIMS),laser ablation microprobe mass analyzer (LAMMA),synchrotron radiation X ray florescence microprobe(SRXFM),and energy dispersive miniprobe multielement analyzer (EMMA).b.spectroscopic methods,e.g.resonance spectroscopic methods (nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR),electron spin resonance (ESR),M o¨ ssbauer spectroscopy (MS),and electron spectroscopic methods (X ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS),Auger electron spectronscopy (AES),and X ray absorption fine structure (XAFS) spectroscopy).
