摘要
用红外光谱对煤灰中的矿物组成分析表明:随着灰化温度的升高,矿物中水的特征峰逐渐消失,高岭石转变为莫来石;碳酸盐矿物逐渐分解。助熔剂A、B、C易与煤灰中其它矿物形成钠长石、铁尖晶石、铁橄榄石、赤铁矿、钙长石、硬石膏等助熔矿物,从而降低煤灰熔融性。
The mineral composition and mineral transformation of coal ash were investagated by FTIR. It is shown that, as the ashing temperature go up, the water peak at wavenumber 3452cm^-1, 1640 cm^-1 disappears gradually, the mullite derived from kaolinite was formed at peak wavenumber 1100 cm^-1,695 cm^-1.563 cm^-1,470 cm^-1, the transimittance of carbonate decrease gradually. Fluxes of A, B and C which react with other minerals in coal ash to form plagioclase, fayalite, hereynite, gehlenite, anhydrite at high temperature can lower the ash fusion temperature effectively.
