不同产地苦杏仁质量的化学模式识别研究 被引量:9

Study on Chemical Pattern Recognition of Quality Assessment from Different Habitats of Semen Armeniacae Amarum

摘要 目的:建立苦杏仁药材质量评价的化学模式识别方法。方法:采用RP-HPLC法定量分析23个不同产地的苦杏仁中苦杏仁苷的含量,并对水浸出物含量、脂肪油含量进行了分析,结合系统聚类分析法对其进行化学模式识别研究。结果:方法学考察结果表明,本研究建立的苦杏仁苷分析方法有较好的重现性,不同产地苦杏仁中苦杏仁苷的含量存在较大差别。利用系统聚类分析法对其指标成分含量进行聚类,结果表明,23个产地的苦杏仁样品按其质量等级划分为二类,河北和内蒙部分地区的苦杏仁质量较好。结论:该方法可用于苦杏仁药材的质量评价。 Objective:To establish a system of chemical pattern recognition on the quality assessment of Semen Armeniacae Amarum. Methods :The amygdalins contents in the samples of Semen Armeniaeae Amarnm from 23 different habitats were determined by RP-HPLC method and the water extracts and lipid contents were also analyses. Those chemical compositions were studied by the hierarchical cluster analysis to conduct the chemical pattern recognition. Results:The methodological evaluation showed that this method had a good repeatability. The contents of amygdalins in Semen Armeniacae Amarum from various habitats were significantly different. Hierarchical cluster analysis showed that the 23 samples from different habitat were divided into 2 categories according to their levels of quality. The contents of active components in Semen Armeniaeae Amarum samples from some of Hebei and Mongolia areas were relatively higher than that from other habitat. Conclusion :This method is feasible to evaluate the quality of Semen Armeniacae Amarum.
