摘要
当前,在高校的发展中时常遇到来自各方面的危机影响,加强高校的危机管理已成为高校发展所必须。在高校危机管理中,学校是载体,学生是主体,他们与一些危机因子的产生密切相关,又是受危机影响最多的群体,因此,大学生危机管理是高校危机管理中一个十分重要的新课题。本文针对高校危机,就大学生危机管理概念、大学生危机管理渠道、大学生危机管理能力三个方面进行探索。
Nowadays, the strengthening of crisis management in universities has become a necessity because of the various crises facing the universities in their course of development. In the crisis management in universities, students are the object because they are closely related to all sorts of crisis factors and they are easily influenced when any crises happened. Thus, the crisis management of university students has been increasingly of importance and needs further studies. This paper has probed into the issue from three aspects, namely, the concept of the crisis management of university students, the management channels, and the self- management abilities of the university students themselves.
