摘要
将危机管理的概念引入到高校的管理之中,建立一套行之有效的高校危机管理机制是非常重要和有意义的。从危机管理理论和现代控制理论的角度出发,建立了由危机管理预警系统、危机管理控制系统以及日常危机管理计划制定与危机应对训练系统构成的高校危机管理系统模型,且为实现这一模型,建立了高校危机管理领导机构、决策机制、预警机制、训练机制、评估机制和信息沟通机制。
h is valuable for introducing crisis management concept to college ＆ university management research and furthermore developing crisis management mechanism to meet the management requirements of Chinese colleges ＆ universities. Based on both crisis management and modern control theory, the paper proposed a new model of college ＆ university crisis management system, which is composed of crisis management warning system, crisis management control system, daily crisis management planning and crisis responsive training system. In order to realize the model, the paper established leader group of college ＆ university crisis management, decision system, warning system, crisis responsive training system, evaluation mechanism and communication mechanism.
