摘要
高校突发事件是和谐校园建设的突出隐患。为了主动适应新时期高等教育变革的需要,应该重视软性文化力的作用,研究校园突发事件的形成原因、一般特点、危机预警和应对策略,促使校园安全文化体系的规划与建设向预见性的科学管理模式转变,把危机管理纳入到构建和谐校园的整体发展战略中去。
Incidents in Universities are hidden obstruction in harmonous campus construction. To meet the needs of the reform of higher education we should study the role of soft culture,the causes of incidents,characteristics,crisis warning and strategies. We should incorporate crisis management into the development strategy for construction of harmonous campus to establish scientific management system of campus security.
