摘要
培养应用型复合人才是目前高职教育实施的重要举措之一。当代机电一体化复合人才不仅要掌握相关的专业知识和技能,还应该具备较高的管理素质、熟悉企业业务外包和敢于创新和创业。要实现这个目标,就必须改革现有的教学模式,用自组织理论指导教学实践。
Developing versatile talents is one of important measures implemented in the present higher vocational education.Today’s versatile talents of mechatronics should be equipped with high management quality,a good knoledge of business outsourcing and innovation and entrepreneurships in addition to the professional knowledge and related technical abilities.Therefore,the prevalent teaching modes must be reformed and teaching practice must be guided by self-organization theory.
