摘要
实践创新教学是以培养人才为宗旨的教学活动,是高等工程教育的最为重要的组成部分,是对理论教学的补充以及拓展和深化,体现出极强的直观性和操作性,目的在于唤起大学生的工程意识。在高等工程教育中开展科学合理的实践教学对于现代工程建设来说,能够极大程度地满足未来工程师培养的要求,因为对于工程师的培养要求具备创新的素质和合格的实践能力。本文针对实践教学中存在的问题,提出一些措施,包括创新实践的教学模式以及加强实践教学师资队伍的建设,建立关于实践教学体系,强化实践教学管理。
Practice teaching in training talents for the purpose of teaching activities,it is an important part of higher engineering education,is the validation of theoretical teaching complement and deepening,reflect more intuitive and operability,aims to arouse the students'engineering consciousness.In higher engineering education to carry out scientific and reasonable practical teaching can maximize meet and realize modern engineering construction for the future of innovative quality and practice ability qualified engineer training requirement,this paper aiming at the problems existing in the practice teaching,some measures are put forward,including the innovation practice teaching mode and strengthen the practice teaching for the construction of teaching staff,and set up on the practice teaching system,strengthening the practice teaching management.
