摘要
分析当前所需机械电子工程专业人才的特点,结合就业岗位范围和技术领域及人才知识、能力和素质结构进行分析,以较高的管理素质和敢于创新人才的有效需求为导向,确定了机械电子工程毕业生应该具有的综合技术应用能力,形成了特定的课程结构体系,创建了"一体化核心"教学模式,对机械电子工程专业人才培养模式进行了改革与创新。
