新型布料冲剪装置

摘要 随着我国服装行业国际市场份额的增大和人们生活水平的提高,国内外对服装面料质量的要求也随之提高,导致相关检测机构的工作量大幅度增加。为提高面料的检测效率,基于冲床的工作原理,设计了一种用PLC作为控制的自动化布料裁剪装置。该装置通过4个弹簧先用上下夹紧板压紧待检布料,随着弹簧的进一步压缩,再带动刀具向下裁剪布料。刀具的数量可以根据使用要求灵活增减。该装置与同类机器相比,可以避免布屑的产生,既保证了工作人员的身体健康,又避免了对下次布料检测结果的影响。 Along with the icreasing of China's international market share of the apparel industry people's better living standard, people at home and abroad ask for better quality of garment material, as a result, remarkbly increase the detective work load. In order to enhance the detective efficiency, based on the working principle of punch, an automated fabric cutting device using PLC as control system was designed. The fabric can be seized through up and down intpacted plates driven by four springs. With spring further compression can lead cutting tool moving downward and cut fabric. The number of cutting tools can be flexible adjustment according to the requirements. The device can avoid the emergence of cloth fragments. It not only creates a wholesome environment but will not affect the detective result of the next fabric.
