摘要
针对项目合作企业在锦纶丝染色能力判定方面遇到的问题,介绍了企业的判定方法和原理。在此基础上,就实践生产中遇到的问题,提出了基于机器视觉的锦纶丝染色能力判定方法,并给出了相关的理论证明。实验结果表明该方法不仅可以给出锦纶丝染色能力的量化值和避免染花现象对判定结果的影响,而且能有效地应用于企业生产实践。
For solving the problem of judging the dyeing capability of nylon happened in the company,in this paper,firstly,the currently evaluating method and principle used in the company were introduced.Then the question happened during the manufacture was discussed.The authors proposed a new method of deciding the dyeing capability of nylon using computer vision,and meanwhile proved it.The experimental results show that the proposed method not only receives the quantification of the dyeing capability of nylon but also prevents the uneven dye.Moreover,it is effectively used in the practice of enterprise＇s production.
