摘要
测试了15种典型面料的主要力学性能指标,并按照不同角度进行了缝纫实验,获得了接缝强度、缝缩率、移位率3个缝纫质量评价指标。运用灰色关联分析研究了面料性能对缝纫质量影响的相关程度,并按照缝纫质量评价指标对各类面料进行了聚类分析。这一研究可以为服装企业选择面料和制定缝纫工艺提供数据依据,避免加工中可能出现的失误和浪费。
In this paper are tested their main physical indexes of 15 typical face fabrics with sewing experiments carried out respectively on them to have obtained the three sewing quality estimation indexes of sewing intensity shrinkage and displacement. The related influences of the characters of the tested face fabrics on the sewing quality are analyzed and estimated based on sewing quality estimation index. This research can serve properly selection of face fabric for garment industry to preprevent material waste and misproeessing in garment production.
