摘要
目的研究菟丝子(Cuscuta chinensisLam.)的化学成分。方法采用多种色谱法进行分离纯化,根据理化性质及波谱数据进行化合物的结构鉴定。结果从菟丝子的体积分数为70%的乙醇溶液提取物中分离得到9个化合物,分别鉴定为对羟基反式桂皮酸十八烷基酯(1)、3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖-5-羟基桂皮酸甲酯(2)、山柰酚(3)、紫云英苷(4)、金丝桃苷(5)、紫云英苷-6″-O-没食子酸酯(6)、槲皮素-3-O-(6″-没食子酰基)-β-D-葡萄糖苷(7)、β-谷甾醇(8)、胡萝卜苷(9)。结论化合物1、2、6、7首次从该属植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Cuscuta chinensis Lain. Methods The com- pounds were separated by the chromatography methods, and their structures were identified by spectral analyses. Results Nine compounds were isolated and identified as octadecyl (E)-p-coumarate(1), methyl 3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-5-hydroxycinnamate (2), kaempferol(3), astragalin (4), hyperoside(5), astragalin 6"-O-gallate(6), quercetin-3-O-(6"-galloyl)-β-D-glucoside(7) ,β-sitosterol(8) and daucosterol(9). Conclusions Compounds 1,2,6 and 7 are obtained from this genus for the first time.
