摘要
介绍了鸟类mtDNA的结构和鸟类mtDNA作为分子标记的特点,并综述了mtDNA作为分子标记在鸟类的种间系统发生关系及分类、鸟类分子钟、地理分布区的推断和种群遗传多样性的研究中应用现状。
In this paper,the structures of the mtDNA of birds and characters as molecular marker of mtDNA of birds were reviewed,and the present study through mtDNA of birds as molecular marker in interspecific phylogenetic differentiation,molecular clock in birds,geographical region and genetic diversity of population were also reviewed.
