摘要
中外学者一致认为反思型教师是教师专业发展、通往专家型教师的有效途径。从中外学者的反思观,做反思型教师的需求,反思型教师应遵循的原则反思型教师的实践等方面对反思型教师重新思考。
Scholars in China and outside China all consider that a reflective teacher is an effective way to teacher development and expert-oriented teachers.This paper made a reappraisal of a reflective teacher in aspects of the opinions of scholars from home and abroad,the demand of reflective teachers,the principles of a reflective teacher and its practice in a university.
