黄芪甲甙对大鼠肺缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用 被引量:11

摘要 目的观察黄芪活性成分黄芪甲甙对大鼠在体肺缺血再灌注损伤(I/R)的保护作用。方法建立大鼠在体肺缺血再灌注模型,SD大鼠30只随机分成假手术组(A组)、缺血再灌注组(I/R组)和黄芪甲甙组(B组)。缺血45 min,再灌2 h后,处死大鼠,摘取左肺,测肺组织湿干重比(W/D)、髓过氧化物酶(MPO)活性及丙二醛(MDA)的含量,并进行肺组织病理学检查。结果肺组织W/D、MDA含量及MPO活性变化:I/R组各项指标均明显高于A组,差异有显著性(P<0.01);B组各项指标均较A组高(P<0.05),但均低于I/R组,差异有显著性(P<0.05);HE染色显示B组肺瘀血、肺灶性出血、肺泡间隔的改变比I/R组减轻。结论黄芪甲甙对于实验性大鼠的在体缺血再灌注损伤具有一定的保护作用。 Objective To study the protection effect of milkvetch root active component astragaloside for rat lung ischemia - reperfusion injury (L/R). Methods Rat lung ischemia - reperfusion model was established, 30 SD rats and rats were randomly divided into sham operation group (group A), ischemia- reperfusion group (L/R group) and astraga- loside group (group B). Rats were killed after 45min ischemia and 2h reperfusion, the left lung, was removed and the wet and dry weight of each lung tissue ( W/D), the content of myeloperoxidase (MPO) activity and malondialdehyde (MDA) were measuned, Histology of the lung was also examined. Results The change of W/D, MDA concentration and MPO activity in lung tissue were significantly higher in the L/R group than those in group A, with significant ( P 〈 0.01 ) differences ; They were higher in group B than those of A ( P 〈 0. 05 ) , but were lower than those of L/R group, with significant differences (P 〈 0. 05) ;HE staining showed that lung congestion, lung focal bleeding, changes in alveolar septum were milder in Group B than those in I/R group. Conclusion Astragaloside has a protective effect for the experimental rat lung ischemia - reperfusion injury.
