对护理工作环境的探讨 被引量：4

摘要 当今护理行业的发展面临越来越多复杂问题的挑战，很多问题无法通过单一途径或护士个体的自我提升予以解决。为此．一些护理组织机构已着力于护士整体工作环境的优化．力求通过积极地系统地改良，为护士创造健康的工作环境。研究证明正性的工作环境会给病人和护士个体产生积极影响，因此关注护理工作环境对病人、护士、医院都具有现实意义。
