摘要
目的全面把握全省妇幼保健机构发展现状,有针对性地提出促进全省妇幼保健服务科学发展的措施。方法从机构数量、卫生技术人员、业务用房、服务运营和收支情况等五个方面分析了四川省妇幼保健机构发展现状。结果发现还存在着妇幼保健发展质量不高问题较为突出、妇幼保健基础设施建设存在较大短板、妇幼保健卫生技术人才质量有待提高、基层妇幼保健服务能力有待持续提升等四个方面的问题。结论提出全面推进妇幼保健机构达标创等、深入推进妇幼保健领域健康扶贫、持续提升妇幼保健服务人员素质和大力提升基层服务保健服务能力等政策建议。
Objective To grasp the development status of maternal and child health care institutions in Sichuan Province and put forward measures to promote the scientific development of maternal and child health care services in Sichuan Province.Methods The development status of maternal and child health care institutions in Sichuan Province was analyzed from five as⁃pects,the number of institutions,health technicians,service facilities,service operations and revenue and expenditure.Results It was found that there were four problems,such as the low quality of maternal and child health care development,the shortage of ma⁃ternal and child health care infrastructure construction,the quality of maternal and child health care technical personnel to be im⁃proved,and the ability of primary maternal and child health care services to be continuously improved.Conclusion Policy sugges⁃tions are put forward,such as comprehensively promoting the attainment of standards in maternal and child health care institutions,deeply promoting the health poverty alleviation in the field of maternal and child health care,continuously improving the quality of maternal and child health care personnel,and vigorously improving the ability of primary health care services.
