摘要
MEOP是造纸企业信息化与节能技术集成的重要成果,该系统是MES框架下的能源管理系统(EMS,EnergyManagement System),本文介绍了MEOP(Mill Energy Optimization Platform)设计的硬件和软件结构,着重分析与描述了该系统的功能,MEOP的应用使企业决策人员、管理人员、工艺人员、调度人员、操作人员使用相同系统,实现能源规划——能源调度——能源消耗的协调统一。
MEOP is an important achievement on combining paper industry informatization and energy-saving technology. It is one kind of EMS （EMS,Energy Management System） based on the MES framework. The paper introduces the hardware and the software structure of MEOP, analyzes and describes the system function in detail. The system helps decision - maker, manager, process engineer, dispatcher and operator to work on the same platform, which can coordinate the energy planning, energy scheduling and energy consuming.
