摘要
根据流程工业计算机集成过程系统(CIPS)理论,在分析制浆造纸工业的特点的基础上,提出了一种新的造纸工业的CIPS三维体系结构,并设计了基于SIMATIC PCS7的造纸厂CIPS方案,即以设备综合控制为核心的过程控制系统(PCS)、以财务分析/决策为核心的经营计划系统(ERP)和以优化管理、优化运行为核心的制造实行系统(MES)。
In accordance with the technological process industry computer integrated process system （CIPS） theory and on the basis of analyzing the characteristics of pulp and paper industry, a new three-dimensional structure of CIPS in paper industry is put forward, i.e. a process control system （PCS）with the equipment complete control at core, an operation planning system （ERP）with financial analysis/policy-making at core and a manufacture execution system （MES）with optimization operation at core. A paper mill CIPS plan is devised based on the SIMATIC PCS7, i.e. a headquarter level decision-making management, a division level integrated management and a process control level management.
