摘要
造纸机械用铸铁烘缸是一种特殊的承压设备,其主要选材是灰铸铁和球墨铸铁。由于我国特种设备法规文件和行业标准之间存在一些不兼容的条文,在应用中产生了一些问题。通过对比分析,研究了美国ASME锅炉及压力容器规范以及欧盟标准中有关条款的内容,讨论了铸铁特别是球墨铸铁的机械性能参数和要求,提出了对我国行业标准条款修定的建议。
The cast iron dryer used in paper machines is a special kind of pressure vessel and the main materials of the dryer are gray cast iron and spheroidal graphite cast iron. Due to some incompatibilities between the government＇ s regulation and the industry standards, there exist some practical problems in application. This paper compares the relevant rules of the ASME codes and EU standards, the mechanical properties parameters of cast iron, especially spheroidal graphite cast iron were discussed and some suggestions for the revision of the national standards were put forward.
