摘要
对钡系催化剂合成 AEO 3的工艺条件进行了优化 ,获得了使用钡系催化剂的最佳工艺条件 :反应温度 1 50~ 1 80℃ ,催化剂浓度 0 .8%~ 1 .2 % ( w )。同时获得了月桂醇乙氧基化反应的表面活化能为61 .0 3 k J/ mol。使用钡系催化剂所得的乙氧基化产品中游离醇含量相对降低 ,分子量分布相对较窄。
The technological condition for synthesis of AEO3 using barium system catalyst were optimized in this paper. The optimization reaction condition was as follows:reaction temperature 150~180℃,catalyst concentration 0.8%~1.2%. The apparent energy for ethoxylation of lauryl alcohol was 61.3 kJ/mol. The residual alcohol content of ethoxylation product as using barium system catalyst is lower than using KOH catalyst, and barium catalysts give rise to a narrowrange molecular weight distribution of ethoxylation oligomers, compared with the potassium catalysts.
