摘要
分析了Al共晶接触反应钎焊过程形成的缺陷及其形成的机理。溶蚀、钎缝界面抗电化学腐蚀差及钎缝不致密是导致Al钎焊接头强度低的主要原因。
The defects occurred and its mechanism formed in the aluminium eutectic contact reaction brazing process are analyzed in this paper .The dissolution corrosion,poor resistance to electro_chemical corrosion in the brazed seam interface and uncompaction of the brazed seam are the main factors to decrease strength of aluminium brazed joint.
