摘要
对毫米波器件在惰性气体保护下的接触反应钎焊进行了研究。分析了影响钎焊质量的工艺因素及应采取的措施。运用所研制的工艺,可以保证毫米波器件的各项精度指标,并达到电气性能的要求。
Contact reaction brazing(CRB) for milimetre waveguide in inert atmosphere has been investigated. In view of the joining precision and the feature of CRB, the technology factors affecting brazing quality were analysed and effective measures were adopted. By using the technical parameter determined in this paper, brazed joint will meet the needs of design.
